Funeral Services

What we are prepared to provide:

If you've experienced the loss of a loved one, we'd like to help out in whatever way we can.  Our pastor can conduct a funeral at a funeral home, here at our church, or simply at a graveside.  We can also provide a luncheon meal for the family of the deceased.  We have pianists and singers at our church who are capable of leading songs, singing quartets, and doing instrumentals.  We have the capability of showing a slideshow presentation and playing CD music of your choice.  We view all of this as a service and is provided free of charge.

What we require:

As much notice as possible is appreciated.  Four - Five days is nice to have for planning the meal and providing singers with an opportunity to practice.  We can, however, make accommodations for tighter schedules.  We will need a fairly accurate estimate of the number of people to be attending the luncheon.  We will also need to know what songs you'd like in the service, whether you want family to have an opportunity to share memories, if you have any multimedia needs, if there's any special scriptures you'd like read, and of course basics like place and time.  The more information you give us, the better we will be able to serve you.

*Keep in mind that we are followers of Jesus Christ.  While we don't require people to share our beliefs in order for us to do their funeral, if we do their funeral, it will be a Christian one.
